RPC-over-RDMA relies on the RDMA Connection Manager, which maps IP
addresses to GUIDs on IB. iWARP and RoCE both utilize IP addresses.
The NFS protocol and NFS implementations rely on the endpoints having
IP addresses. IMO it is safe to use the term "IP addresses" in the
context of this document.
