Hi,

We are preparing the final schedule for our coming meeting in Berlin, and we'd like to remind you the initial plans we have for it, and ask you about proposals for presentations.

As in previous meetings, the idea is to assign priority to updates on the currently active drafts, especially those already adopted, and leave the rest of the assigned time open to other presentations that you may propose. The number of agenda slot requests for this meeting has been very high and therefore we will have only one session in Berlin (150 minutes, Monday morning, from 10:00 to 12:30) so according to our estimates, there will be room for around 3 additional presentations. So please send your proposals to NFVRG chairs ([e-mail]<mailto:[e-mail]>, [e-mail]<mailto:[e-mail]>)

* Active and new draft authors, tell us whether you plan to present an update, and the time you estimate for it
* Other proponents, send us a brief description of what you intend to present, adding whatever reference you see relevant

We will evaluate all proposals and come back to the group with an initial agenda.
