Hi guys- 
I've just been doing some hacking on ftpmail, the washington ftp daemon, 
and mirror, and it struck me that there doesn't seem to be an NIR template
covering these sorts of tools. I'm not 100% sure if these are really 
appropriate for the NIR group, but the presence of of X.500 DSAs, and 
WAIS and gopher servers argues for including them
