Dear all,

Attached are some comments to the drafts (CREF references in the text).
The draft is in a very good shape. My remarks mostly concern the style/typos 
except the one about life-cycle. I think this might not be clear for an external 
reader to see  the mapping of the IBN functionalities to the lifecycle (should 
maybe be explicit)
