As previously indicated by Laurent, you are invited to the Joint meeting between IEEE Emerging Technical Initiative on Network Intelligence and IRTF NMRG. The theme of the meeting is the following:  "what to standardize w.r.t. Network intelligence or Artificial Intelligence for Network, the goal is to establish a position paper with the participants.

It is to follow-up on work and discussions initiated at the NMRG meeting at IETF100 / Singapore on the topic of Network Intelligence / Artificial Intelligence techniques for Network Management.





Joint meeting and the summary of the information are hereafter:



Date: 19 of February 2018 from 14-18 (Paris time)

Theme : "what to standardize w.r.t. Network intelligence or Artificial Intelligence for Network"

Goal: establishing a refereed position paper

Location: Orange Labs at Orange Gardens premises, 44 Avenue de la République, 92320 Châtillon - France

Room info and Bridge info will be sent to subscribed participants.



¾     Attendance is **free of charge** but for logistic purposes please register by sending an email to:

o   Please also not that the number of places is limited for onsite participation.

o   For remote and onsite participations please register before the 17th of February, so that you get the room info or the bridge info

o   Presentation of IEEE NI objectives and roadmap

o   Presentation of NMRG objectives and roadmap

o   Common Topic : what to standardize for Network intelligence or Artificial Intelligence for Network ?

§  Call for contributions is open 10 min maximum to trigger the discussion

As announced previously, we will hold an interim meeting on Monday, February 19th 2018 in parallel to the ICIN conference (http://www.icin-conference.org/), and the First International Workshop on Network Intelligence (https://www.icin-conference.org/NI2018/program.php).

The meeting is hosted by Orange Labs at Orange Gardens premises, 44 Avenue de la République, 92320 Châtillon - France.

Participation to the meeting is open but registration is required to access the on-site meeting room. Please contact the NMRG chairs.

Remote participation is possible. Please inform the NMRG chairs.

Agenda:

This is a joint meeting between IRTF NMRG and IEEE ETI Network Intelligence (http://ni.committees.comsoc.org/).

The goal of the meeting is to follow-up on work and discussions initiated at the NMRG meeting at IETF100 / Singapore on the topic of Network Intelligence / Artificial Intelligence techniques for Network Management.

-Brainstorming on common basis for work on NI to nurture: understanding what Network Intelligence is / could be, and defining guidelines for research and progress.
