RE: [nmrg] SMIng documents ready for experimental RFCs

Juergen and NMRG folk,

IESG has no problem with publication.
IESG-secretariat will now formally tell so to RFC-Editor in the
next day or two, after which the doc is back in RFC-Editor
hands to do actual publication.
