Folks, I was trying to track progress (or lack thereof) of draft-ietf-ntp-refid-updates, and it seems it went through WGLC, but then stalled and was abandoned. Does anybody have any recollection of what happened (i.e., why it stalled)? If there were strong objections against its publication, could anyone briefly summarize them, or point me to the right thread/meeting minutes? Thanks!
