This update adds a new extension field to support PTP end-to-end
one-step unicast transparent clocks, which should allow NTP clients
using NTP over PTP to reach the same or better accuracy as PTP
clients.

It turned out switches and routers which can work in this PTP mode are
not as rare as I thought. There seems so be at least 50 models made by
Arista, FS.COM, Juniper which support it. I was able to test it with
two switches.
