Folks,

I've added a bunch of clarifying language to the document, based on the
phone call between Karen, Dieter, Tal, Danny, and me earlier this week.

There are still at least 3 things needed:

- Additional language in the Abstract to mention content that is
significant to the EF/MAC discussion that was only present in RFC5906.

- The two examples of parsing pseudocode.
