We need an organization ID and subtype assigned for the NTP TLV
defined in the NTP-over-PTP draft. IIRC someone said on the last
meeting that IETF already has one, but I cannot find it. The 1588 spec
says it needs to be an OUI or CID.

https://standards-oui.ieee.org/cid/cid.txt

Any hints?
