Everybody,

The final IETF 103 agenda has been published. It’s not usual, but our RG slot has been moved to Monday instead of Tuesday.

So we will meet on Monday, November 5, 2018, 9:00-11:00 (Monday Morning session I).
	https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/103/agenda.html

I also remind you we have a hackathon project on Saturday/Sunday and everybody who wants to contribute to the development
of our open-source codec is welcome.

It’s now time to prepare our meeting agenda. If you intend to present something (physically or remotely), please tell Marie-Jose
and myself.

We will upload revisions of the agenda to the IETF web site, but you’ll also find the current version in our RG Github repository:
	https://github.com/irtf-nwcrg/rg-materials

Important dates (excerpt):
2018-10-22 (Monday): Internet Draft submission cut-off (for all drafts, including -00) by UTC 23:59.
2018-10-24 (Wednesday): Draft Working Group agendas due by UTC 23:59.

Cheers,

   Marie-Jose and Vincent
