A bit of context for Tim's request is that the W3C TPAC meeting is in Japan
the week immediately after IETF.

Keeping in mind that building the agenda for the whole IETF meeting is a
tremendously difficult task that juggles numerous requests to
accommodate all kinds of scheduling needs with often competing goals, the
need for some folks* to be in Japan for Monday is maybe a request that
could/should be considered more seriously and/or routed to or through
a liaison between the two SDOs?


* I am not going to TPAC myself but have some sympathy for the difficulty
of these kinds of things. And, in full disclosure, do have a flight home
Friday evening to (hopefully) return to my family that will make things
very tight with the very last session of IETF.
