As you can see Roman has cleared his discuss.  I've approved the
announcement of this work (you should see it later today - US West Coast
time).  Thank you very much for this work!

Next Steps:
There will be a survey from the editor asking about things like special
terminology, and whether you want to participate in various experiments
(XML processing, kramdown processing).  They will (most likely) also ask
you to re-issue the draft for changes that you initiate.
