ohai folks, there was overall a lot of support for adopting this document.
Closing out this adoption call.

There was one concern around lack of PFS for OHTTP responses but it
sounds like there's consensus that it shouldn't block adoption of chunked
OHTTP and we can build out a general solution for that, while being sure to
at least document the issue in the chunked OHTTP draft.

Tommy, you should be able to transfer the draft repo but let us know if you
run into any issues.
