Many thanks to Paul and dkg and everyone else for doing
the work to get this draft out as per our IETF-116
meeting consensus.

I'm going to review these diffs myself now and we'll
get back next day or so on our proximate process step.

Please hold off on commenting on the draft 'till then
if that's ok,
