Sorry, this is somewhat off-topic, but I don't know any other channel
which I can use to reach the relevant folks.

If you implement a robot that spams email addresses found in OpenPGP
user IDs, please make sure that you skip revoked user IDs.  If one of
my user IDs is revoked, the message is pretty clear: I opt out of the
web of trust.  Please respect this request.
