Thanks for minutes -- has the working group discussed a future OpenPGP
eco-system that is divided between crypto-refresh and GnuPG's approach?
I don't think it would be wise to publish anything without having
considered this apparent deployment incompatibility, and I would ask if
the WG believes publishing crypto-refresh does more good than bad to the
OpenPGP community.
