Melinda,

I have also reviewed [most] the document and also support it adoption.  I
did not complete a very detailed review (yet) of section 3.3's definition.

Reasons for support
(1). Document addresses area of operational concern (management of virtual
machines)
(2). Based on updates even from last version (-04), the authors have put in
significant work to mature draft content and text
(3). This is also a good time to get an expanded set of eyes to review
content (i.e. OID structure and MIB definitions) and verify content is
complete (appears so)
