Hi all,

This version includes many editorial changes to prepare the document for the WGLC. It also integrates some comments we received offline from Kireeti and Julian (mainly to include some protocol identityrefs that are used as underlay transport to accommodate LxNM deployment scenarios such as in DCs).

We prefer to start a WGLC for the common module first.

Cheers,
Med
