Dear WG,

This draft replaces the previous TACACS+ YANG model draft submitted in Netmod based on the WG discussion in IETF 102.
And we also fixes the comments about the model structure and operational parameters raised in the mailing list.
In general, this draft designs TACACS+ client model based on draft-ietf-opsawg-tacacs and also with the consideration of deployment scenario like VPN network.
We look forward to further feedback and comments from the working group.

Thanks,
 Bo
