Since the request on january 1, this has been no opposition to the accpetance of this document, comment referming support for the document. in conjunction with previous discussion on the mailing list (9/05/08 to ~10/30/08) and in the working group (ietf 73) I think we can conclude that the working group is prepared to house it.
