Hi all, I'd just like to take a minute to thank Fernando for all of his hard work writing this. It is a very full and complete document and contains a huge amount of info. Unfortunately it had gotten stuck for a while with an AD that became unreachable / a black hole. His persistence finally paid off... Thanks again.
