Subject: Revised Draft of Opstat Model

All,

I have submitted another revision, mainly tightening up the semantics of
the opstat file layout. It should be retrievable from the standard
I-D archive sites as draft-ietf-opstat-oper-model-00.txt.

Any comments are requested--with any luck we can get this firmly nailed
down in Danvers.

Michael
