I'd like to extend the question a bit.  I understand there is a schema
registry but I haven't been able to find it.  I've read the quipu
admin manual, which describes some fields and the rest of the MTR
documents and books.  I've sent email to some of the folk whose
names I got from the IETF archives but I suspect everyone has been
on holiday lately.  so:
1.  Where is the schema registry?  Is this the list to discuss this?
2.  I'm sure much work has been done expanding schemas into new areas,
	where might this be discussed?
3.  Is anyone else exploring how to use the directory for program/project
	management documents?
