You may wish to contact technical representatives at the two firms who have 
already solved this problem, Datacraft Technologies Pty Ltd and Unisys.  
Datacraft's DX500 OpenDirectory DSA uses a relational database as its DIB, as 
does Unisys' TransIT 500 DSA.
