[OSPF] OSPF Hybrid Interface and OSPF MANET variants (Corrected)

In Quebec City, we discussed making the following WG documents and are now confirming this on the OSPF list.

We had almost made the following a WG document once before but delayed until we figured out the relationship to OSPF MANET flooding optimizations. It affords flooding reduction over P2MP without the additional complexity of OSPF MANET.

  OSPF Hybrid Broadcast and P2MP Interface Type - draft-nsheth-ospf-hybrid-bcast-and-p2mp-01.txt

These documents are updates to the existing OSPF MANET experimental drafts with optimizations and/or adaptations for single hop networks.

  Use of OSPF-MDR in Single-Hop Broadcast Networks - draft-ogier-ospf-manet-single-hop-00.txt

  Use of the OSPF-MANET Interface in Single-Hop Broadcast Networks - draft-retana-ospf-manet-single-hop-01.txt
