Hi Greg,

I noticed a typo in section "2.1.1.1.  Heuristic for Load Balancing",
enumeration item 2: the binary representation of 0x6 has the two low
order bits swapped.

   OLD:

     If the MFN is 0x6 (0101b)

   NEW:

     If the MFN is 0x6 (0110b)
