We reviewed the draft-weaver-payload-rtp-vc2hq-00 and agree with the description of the RTP transport of VC-2 LD/HQ codestream. In particular, the description is perfectly suitable for Fpga implementation.
We support also the consideration of this draft by the Payload WG.
