Dear all, This version implements the following changes: * Remove the utf-8 encoding. The encoding in Section 8 of [RFC3315] is used instead * Add an explicit sentence to explicit the behavior when address literals are used: remove the trailing dot when IP literals are conveyed * Add a new section entitled "Guidance to Administrators" which basically points to I-D.iab-identifier-comparison This version is basically the same design we had in -03 and which was Lced in both pcp and dhc. The comments received during the LC are implemented in this version. FWIW, A summary of the comments is available at: http://www.ietf.org/proceedings/84/slides/slides-84-pcp-0.pdf.
