Thanks a lot for this! FWIW, I've merged it, and rev'ed the document.

We had mid-way a whole section on the DNS TxID, although I wasn't sure 
it would add much.

I'll do this, I'll give it a shot at having a similar timeline ofr the 
TxID. If I feel it's useful, I'll incorporate it. Otherwise, at the very 
least we'll provide some references/pointers for the implications of 
predictable TxIDs.
