Would primarily strongly suggest to include a reference to the document

Would also suggest a reference to that, although reference to -00 would historically
maybe more useful to show the time when PIM startet. Much more/better explanation than any
later RFC. Alas IETF completely messed up, and there seems to be no version
anywhere that has the pictures (even the versions generated back in the 1990'th
didn't seem to have picture 1/3, i even checked ftp archives...).
