The revised document, draft-ietf-pkix-ipki-part4-02.txt, has been submitted
to the Internet Draft directories and will be available shortly.

Changes made since the July version are all editorial in nature, involving
some minor changes to terminology, some minor reordering of topics, and
some cosmetic improvements.

It is proposed that this document be published as an Informational RFC.
While no formal Last Call process is required, pkix members now have a last
opportunity to raise any concerns with this document, prior to its
publication.
