I can't find the message archive on ftp.tandem.com so forgive me if this is
old ground.

the md5 digest algorithm isn't covered in the text of algorithms or the
ASN.1.  However, the example uses it.  Does the document mean to not use
MD5, allow MD-2, and recommend SHA-1?

I do like having examples.  Tim asked that in the meeting.
