Apparently there were a lot of last-minute submissions. Neither the PKIX-1
or KEA drafts have made it onto the ietf site yet. For the interim, I have
put copies on our web site.

Part 1:

http://csrc.nist.gov/pki/temp/draft-ietf-pkix-ipki-part1-05.txt

KEA:
http://csrc.nist.gov/pki/temp/draft-ietf-pkix-ipki-kea-00.txt

or both in one zip file:
http://csrc.nist.gov/pki/temp/ipki.zip

The zip file is only 59K; the uncompressed part1 is 233K, so I recommend
you retrieve the zip file.

Unfortunately, the web site doesn't seem to support ftp access. I am
looking for an anonymous ftp site here, and will send another message when
the files are available with that protocol.

Thanks,

Tim Polk
