"own version" means (slightly) modifying the protocols (TLS and IPsec) and assigning code points in Chinese standards for SM2, SM3, SM4.

For SM{2, 3, 4} code points in IETF,  as far as I know:
- TLS: RFC 8998 ShangMi (SM) Cipher Suites for TLS 1.3
- IPsec: draft-guo-ipsecme-ikev2-using-shangmi-01 Using ShangMi in the Internet Key Exchange Protocol Version 2 (IKEv2)

Do you mean "own version" as in modifying the protocols? Or do you mean they just grabbed code points instead of registering code points with IANA? At least for IPsec, I see no code points assigned for SM2, SM3, SM4.
