Luca

Please do not create a -13, and do not include
these codepoints in it.

We need to freeze the codepoints in order
to get this draft to RFC.

What I suggest is that we ask you maintain
a text file with the old and new allocations
in, and that we post that on the PWE3 website.
Alternatively, if you prefer, you could
create a new - additional draft and do it
that way.

When the PWE3 IANA draft goes to the IESG for
review, IANA will contact us and we will
explain to them what we are doing and point
them at the expanded list. We may have to
produce a tiny RFC to get the additional
codepoints in the registry, but if that
is the case I am sure we can in the meantime
get them to mark the allocations that
we have made as reserved.
