I got some questions on those issues. Sorry. I have not explained them 
clearly, which brought out some confusion.

We have organized one IEEE Network special issue in 2022, which is the 
September 2022 issue. Following that, we are organizing series in 2023, 
series 1 and series 2. Now Series 2 is the third issue for this topic.
