Hello, I am Beatrice Martini, participant in the IRTF Human Rights Protocol Considerations Research Group and Human Rights Review Team. Nice to connect! Together with co-author and fellow HRPC and HR-rt participant Niels ten Oever, we worked on a Human Rights Review of QUIC. Our aim was to contribute to the QUIC WG efforts by providing relevant and applicable feedback. For this reason, as you can also read in the "Methodology and Process" section of the document, we conducted our review analyzing drafts through the perspective of the Guidelines for Human Rights Protocol Considerations outlined in RFC8280, as well as by doing a series of interviews with QUIC WG chairs, document authors and participants. We just published the review as an Internet Draft, as a way to make it more easy to read and share.
