Dear all,

Following the feedbacks we had from the previous IETF meeting, we have just
posted two draft related to session resumption:
- Careful convergence of congestion control from retained state with QUIC [
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-kuhn-tsvwg-careful-resume/ ]
- BDP Frame Extension [
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-kuhn-quic-bdpframe-extension/ ]

These two companions drafts are related as follows :
- Careful convergence discusses general recommendations on CC parameters
careful exploitation (focusing mainly on the server side).
- BDP Frame Extension presents different implementation approaches with a
focus on QUIC.

We would be very happy to present those draft in the next TSVWG meeting.
If you have comments on those versions of the drafts, do not hesitate to
send email or post issues on the GITHUB repository [
https://github.com/NicoKos/resume_connection ].

Kind regards,

Nico - on the behalf of my co-authors
