This is just a wee update on the Careful Resume draft and QUIC. The
draft will be discussed in TSVWG (this is sender-side only),

First, we've been making progress with testing Careful Resume and we
think the latest spec is in a good shape to read and to gather some QUIC
implementation experience. Ana, Raffaello and I will all be around at
the Hackathon and we're going to try to hack on this at IETF-118. Please
talk to us or join-in this activity!

Second, there is a related draft proposing an optional extension to QUIC
that would allow a client to influence the use at the server. This is
the BDP Frame draft, which we've restrated work on, and enables the
exchange of the Congestion Control (CC) parameters that allow a client
to request (or not) the use of Careful Resume. This also provides
(potentially helpful) hints to a client about the capacity anticipated
on a new path to apps above QUIC.

Comments are of course welcome on either draft! (please use TSVWG please
for non-quic related comments on Careful Resume:-)

Best wishes,
