Hi Susan,

A number of people requested by emailing to the chairs directly.
We will keep a note to present in IETF119.

Best,

Ignacio

Ignacio:

I found the call on October 13th in the rasp archives.

I will look for the call at the time the meeting is scheduled for IETF 119.

May I present remotely at Ietf119? You canceled IETF117.

Where are the requests for slots sent to the mail list? (Per normal ietf and irtf policy) I did not see a call for presentations requests on the rasprg list?

Did I miss your call for presentations on the list?

Or is it the chair's choice for who presents?

How early and where do I make a request for a presentation? Please let me know so I can reserve a spot for IETF 119 or any interim you have.

I will be presenting part of this information at the routing area.

Cheerily, Susan Hares

Hello Susan and many thanks for this.

We had many requests and the agenda is already packed. Would it be fine reserving you an slot for the next meeting?

Best wishes,

Subject: Request a time slot

Greetings:

I request a 15-minute time slot that presents work from my Ph.D. dissertation relating to the variance in the time it takes an IETF WG draft to be reviewed and approved by the IESG.

You can view my PhD work by:

http://www.hickoryhill-consulting.com/

Due to this proof, you will find that assumptions from various authors on a constant approval time by the IESG is incorrect. I've attached a 15-minute presentation I did at the International Conference on Leadership for your review.

As part of this work, I did a deep dive into the historical records of 10% of the RFCs approved from 1991 to 2016. The Datatracker contains a considerable amount of information that can be downloaded or augmented. If you feel other people are interested in that process, I can also present (10-15 minutes) on my data collection methods to obtain a consistent history of review and approval per RFC.

Cheerily, Susan Hares
