I have reviewed Rev 05 of EAT Media Types. I have no major comments.

We have been extensively using this document, in our Open Source Implementations.

As a result, I provide my strong support for WGLC for EAT Media Types.

Thank you all for the feedback, requests and updated drafts since our IETF 118 session.
Following up on Ned's Recap and summary with chairs actions are below:

UCCS: (WGLC)

  *   Revision 07 was updated 2023-11-27.
[NCW] Speaking as a individual contributor, this was the action taken so that a WGLC could be issued.  One of the other chairs can do that call.

EAT Media Types: (WGLC)

  *   Several requests were made on the list to progress EAT Media Types draft to WGLC (in tandem with UCCS, but if not ready, should not hold up UCCS).
  *   Revision 05 was updated 2023-11-07
  *   The list archive shows interest in UCCS WGLC to resolve semantic dependencies EAT Media Types has on UCCS. There wasn't a WGLC request at 118, but has since been requested on the list.
  *   Other than draft authors, who has read Rev 05 of EAT Media Types?
  *   Other than draft authors, is there support for WGLC for EAT Media Types?
[NCW] We would like to get a sense for the above questions so please respond to this email or to the list on the EAT readiness or deeper comments.

Endorsements: (Adoption Call)

  *   There was significant interest in adoption of the endorsements draft (22 yes votes / 0 no votes).
  *   There have been no objections raised on the list after 118.

Authors: do add them to the RATs Github for issue and progress tracking

Conceptual Message Wrapper: (Adoption Call)

  *   There was significant interest in adoption of the CMW draft (18 yes votes / 0 no votes).
  *   There have been no objections raised on the list after 118.

[NCW] The RATs chairs have reached out to COSE chairs to discuss where we can best navigate this body of work.
