Hi, all,

We have just published -04 of CMW; see [1].

All issues are closed - thanks Carl for the thorough review - and
there's running code too [2].

It would be nice to get a few more eyeballs on the document.  We had a
couple of volunteers at IETF 117 but there was no follow-up.  If you
want to review, now is a good time :-)

There's a TCG dependency out there, so adoption would be great.

We reckon the work is done, so if adopted this could immediately go to WGLC.
