Notable conflicts include: dispatch vs. rats CORE vs. SCITT drip vs. roll IOTOPS vs. TEEP All times are in UTC; the physical meeting will be on JST +0900. Note that the two weeks from the I-D deadline (2023-03-13) up to the IETF Sunday (2023-03-26) will be weeks of confusion, i.e., the US is already on DST, while the EU is not. The Mon-Fri part of the meeting will be on DST in both regions.
