Hi, all,

We think we have addressed all the comments we have received during WGLC [1].

Thanks for the great feedback, which resulted in some major
improvements both editorial and content-wise.

If you look at the diff [2], there are a few notable changes, mostly
related to Dionna's and Carl's comments about unifying CMW and CMW
collections and the ability to deal with mixed encodings in a
collection:

1. A "tunnelling" construct now exists to move CMWs of one type into
collections of another type
2. CMW collections have been added to the top-level CMW production

The latter has a couple of interesting repercussions:
1. The PKIX extension now applies to both type&value CMWs and collections
2. An optional "__cmcw_t" label was added to type a collection with a
unique identifier

Also, some editorial changes:
1. CDDL refactoring to improve readability
2. s/array/record/g
3. more examples

Thank you!
