I will attempt to join in. I think that my AMTRAK train to Chicago will be around Kalamzoo at the start time. But I am not the person to participate. There has been a major effort in Aviation in this direction. The airframe manufacturers (i.e. Boeing, Airbus, etc.) have been leading this, coupled with the ICAO PKI. I will be at ICAO at the end of the month. Based on what is covered here, I will work on connecting the people in aviation working on this with this effort. Bob
