Dear RATS WG,

thank you very much for the extensive feedback and support! Your feedback resulted in a significant improved -08 while mainly conducting targeted incisions and some vital word smithing.

The largest change is the inclusion of two sequence diagrams: one based on the reference interaction model and focusing on message exchange via YANG subscriptions (mapping/specializing the terminology) and a second one about timing considerations and thereby based on the generic event sequence as described in RFC9334.

We hope to have included all reviewers in the acknowledgment list. If that is not the case, that is by accident and please shoot us a direct notif!


We hope everybody enjoyed their holiday season and extend our wishes for a peaceful New Year's Eve!
