Another reason is the PSA token document (a EAT profile) whose IANA
registrations are blocked on the EAT media type draft.

CMW consumes any attestation-related media type, so in that sense the
dependency is not normative.  However, yes, it's quite reasonable to
expect a number of CMW media types to be of the EAT kind.

Chairs: is anything blocking WGLC at this point?
