I reviewed the changes and the new binder definition seems like a good addition, but I think the CDDL in figure 1 ought include the definition of the claim that will receive the binder value (or the prose should include some language re: how the binder value is located in the destination claim).

Further to previous discussion on the Collections EAT extension, please note that a new draft (-02) is available: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-frost-rats-eat-collection/

Changes reflect response to reviews & a proposal for a ‘binder’ claim that describes the contract between entries. Thanks to Thomas Fossati for his contributions with respect to this claim.

Thanks

Simon

Apologies for the cut-n-paste faux pas. To clarify, this is a call for interest on

Draft https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-frost-rats-eat-collection/

It is not a media type but rather a top-level extension to EAT (Thomas raised

that a new media type may be needed, my bad). Nonetheless, we need more

review feedback (thanks to Laurence for early comments) on this new EAT

extension but we need a few more to provide feedback.

Thanks, Nancy

Subject: Request for review and interest

Hello RATs participants,

There was discussion at the IETF 114 RATs session on EAT media types and more specifically document:

https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-frost-rats-eat-collection/

This is a call for review and interest to gauge if the working group is interested in working, adopting

And implementing media types. Further, if the draft is ready for adoption.

Can we have at least 3 volunteers to review the draft and provide feedback?

Thanks,

Nancy

(on behalf of the RATs chairs)
