Hi all,

The renamed doc with updates is now available. If you have already given 
some feedback, that is recorded in issues [0], and still open, i.e., 
that is being worked upon. So there is no need to repeat that here. I 
have just published it since the chairs asked to rename it at priority.

I am currently interested in your feedback on section 7 (first bullet in 
the abstract below) because at meeting 124, Giri proposed to start with 
published RFCs and AFAIU we have good agreement there. Thanks.

Abstract:

This document aims to provide guidelines and best practices for
writing security considerations for technical specifications for RATS
targeting the needs of implementers, researchers, and protocol
designers. The current version presents an outline of the topics
that future versions will cover in more detail.
